As a user of the Gloucestershire Stove Centre web site you acknowledge that any use of the website, including any transactions you might make are subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Your attention is also particularly drawn to our policies on returns and refunds on delivery, and also to our practice regarding the security and privacy of any information you might supply to us.

Gloucestershire Stove Centre reserves the rights to change these terms and conditions at anytime. Any changes will be deemed effective on the date these are posted on this web site and it is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions each time you use this web site.

Ordering Processing

Orders placed on the Gloucestershire Stove Centre web site are processed using a custom built shopping cart. The final stage of this process is a conformation page which shows the final details of your order from the item, the quantity, the price and the delivery charge. An acknowledgement email will be sent after your payment has been processed, it will simply detail the product you ordered. Please note the email is not an order conformation or acceptance by Gloucestershire Stove Centre. Order acceptance and completion of the contract between Gloucestershire Stove Centre and the customer will only take place on dispatch unless we have contacted you for any other reason.

Orders placed must be checked and that its correct for your purpose.
Gloucestershire Stove Centre cannot be held responsible for you ordering the incorrect product.

Loss, Faulty or Damaged goods

All goods are to be examined on delivery in case of any damage which may have occurred during delivery. If a product has any damage the  driver must be notified immediately and the product will be uplifted and returned to our warehouse. In these circumstances you will be entitled to either a full replacement re-delivered at our expense or a full refund including any delivery charges paid. We cannot guarantee to replace or  repair items which have been signed for in good condition or unchecked and at a later date found to be damage. All paper work is to be signed for accordingly.

All goods must be checked before installation and instructions must be read. If the product is not checked over, installed and used straight away you cannot return it.

All installations must be installed by a registered engineer

HETAS for Solid Fuels
GAS SAFE for Gas
OFTEC for Oil

If products are not installed by the correct engineer the warranty on the product will be invalid. Gloucestershire Stove Centre cannot be held
responsible.

All products sold must be returned in the same condition they were sold in.

All orders must be paid for in full at the time they are placed. Before proceeding with your order familiarize your self with the Pay-Pal system  and also their terms and conditions. Gloucestershire Stove Centre accept no liability for the use of your credit card via this third party service. We accept all major Debit/Credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Maestro.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS

Supply of Goods

Goods supply is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen shortfalls or if we are unable to supply the goods immediately. We will inform you of any potential delays there might be in delivery. If we are unable to supply our goods within an acceptable timescale a full refund will be given.

Goods supplied must be checked that they are in perfect condition and are correct for what you require. Gloucestershire Stove Centre cannot  be held responsible for you ordering the incorrect product.

Price

The price displayed on the web site at the time we receive your order is the price you pay unless there has been an error in the web site pricing . If an error has occurred in the price on the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible you will then have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we have no success in contacting you your order will be treated as cancelled and refunds will be given if payment has already been processed.

All prices are in (£)sterling and include vat at current rate but exclude any delivery charge unless expressly stated otherwise.

All prices are subject to change without notification.

CANCELLING AN  ORDER

Gloucestershire stove centre gives you the right to cancel any order at any time up to seven (7) working days starting the day after delivery whether the goods you receive are defective or not and the right to receive a full refund of your purchase price.

If you wish to cancel under these communication regulation you must inform us by durable media (letter or email) quoting your original order number.

Cancelled goods must be returned to Gloucestershire stove centre in the original packaging if you cancel under these regulations you will also have the duty of care to ensure that goods being returned are unused and undamaged. If they come back damaged this will be taken into account. If you are unable to return the goods we will arrange for them to be collected but the collection cost will be deducted from your final refund.

REFUND

Cancelled orders will be refunded within 30 days of the order being cancelled. we will refund straight back to the credit /debit card that was used to pay for when your order was placed.

We cannot return deposits on non stock items which have been especially ordered in for you.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Gloucestershire Stove Centre cannot be held responsible for alterations of information or the use of products. Manufactures have the right to change these with out form of notice. The information on this web site was right at the time of going to print.

PRIVACY POLICY

Under the data protection act we wish to inform you that by passing on your personal details we have the right to use such information as is deemed part of our business. We will not hold any credit or debit card details longer than is necessary to complete the transaction after which these details will be deleted.

DELIVERY

All deliveries are made by lorries with tail lift and pallet truck.

From receipt of your order delivery is approximately 14 days but is subject to manufacturers availability as non stock items could take longer to
deliver and Gloucestershire stove centre cannot be held responsible for any delays by manufacturer and when there is a large demand for stoves and a long waiting time occurs but we do promise to do every thing in our power to deliver on time. A small charge may need to be added for delivery to remote parts of the uk. The delivery driver is only allowed to place the item at the entrance to the property. Unpacking and removing of goods is then the responsibility of the customer .if the driver is particularly helpful and you persuade to help you to take goods inside then you do so at your own risk. For example if your carpet gets damaged it would be your responsibility and you would have to pay for it not the driver or the company. If you do not agree with this then please do not ask the driver for help in taking goods inside. If a pallet gets redelivered because there is no one in to accept it on the arranged date then a redelivery charge will be due Gloucestershire stove centre will contact you if that is the case. All goods must be signed for by a adult over 18 years of age on delivery. If for any reason a part is missing from the delivery and can prove to have been ordered in the first instance then these need to be reported within 24 hours of arrival by phone or email failure to comply with this could lead to further payment being required .

Please check that there is no damage to the goods and sign the delivery note. If you find damage do not accept the goods or sign and write damaged on the delivery note. If damage is caused by the transportation of the goods and the goods are signed for as in good condition or words to that effect by signing the delivery note you have accepted the goods as undamaged and you will not be able to claim for a replacement or repairs.
